Lean meat

From WikiMD's Wellnesspedia

—any meat with less than 10 percent fat by weight, or less than 10 grams of fat per 100 grams, based on usda and fda definitions for food label use. Examples include 95 percent lean ground beef, cooked; broiled beef steak, lean only eaten; baked pork chop, lean only eaten; roasted chicken breast or leg, no skin eaten; and smoked/cured ham, lean only eaten.
