Italiano: Fibroma non ossificante a livello della tibia prossimale rinvenuto in una ragazzina di 10 anni mediante radiografia e sottoposto a follow up. Col tempo la lesione tende a spostarsi distalmente. A 13 anni si osserva l'inizio di un processo di ossificazione, con comparsa di un orletto di sclerosi. Nel radiogramma eseguito a 17 anni la lesione è scomparsa, sostituita da un'area di osteosclerosi.
