Deutsch: Klatskintumor in der ERC. Der Patient liegt schräg auf dem Bauch, so dass die linke Bildseite der linken Patientenseite entspricht. Im linken und im rechten Gallenwegssystem ist jeweils ein Draht platziert, der für die folgende Einlage von Stents zum Galleabfluss benötigt wird. Beide Anteile rechts und links wurden nacheinander über eine Sonde mit Kontrastmittel angespritzt. Man erkennt deutlich die fehlende Kontrastierung im Bereich des Zusammenflusses, dort, wo die Drähte wieder parallel laufen.
English: Klatskin tumor during ERC. The patient lies on his stomach obliquely, so that the left side of image corresponds to the patient's left side. In the left and right biliary system, a wire is placed, which is required for the subsequent insertion of stents to drain bile. Both parts were injected with contrast through a tube. The lack of contrast in the area of the confluence is clearly visible, where the wires run parallel.
