English: (Google Translate) The Cameroonian ndolé is a dish prepared with green leaves of Vernonia cooked several times with water to make them lose their bitterness and then mixed with a paste of raw peanuts and crushed spices. We add slices of cooked meat or fish. It is normally served with bananas and rice plaintins fris. Here are not bananas but potatoes.
