English: The results of a penile inversion vaginoplasty, two years after surgery. Inner labia vary aesthetically based on surgeon; here, they are very minimal. The clitoris is tactile rather than visual, another aesthetic difference by surgeon. A faded surgical scar comes up from the perineum and follows the outer labia in a curved Y.
Deutsch: Das Ergebnis einer Vaginoplastik mittels peniler Inversion, zwei Jahre nach der Operation. Die Ausprägung der inneren Labien variiert je nach Chirurg; hier sind sie sehr klein. Die Klitoris ist eher taktil als sichtbar, was einen weiteren ästhetischen Unterschied je nach Chirurg darstellt. Eine verblasste Operationsnarbe verläuft vom Damm aus und folgt den äußeren Labien in Form eines geschwungenen Y.
Français : Résultat d'une vaginoplastie par inversion pénienne, deux ans après l'opération. La taille des petites lèvres varie selon le chirurgien ; ici, elles sont très petites. Le clitoris est plus palpable que visible, ce qui constitue une autre différence esthétique selon le chirurgien.
