All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajkot (AIIMS Rajkot) is a public medical school and hospital based in Rajkot, in the state of Gujarat, India. It is one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) initiative aimed at correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. AIIMS Rajkot was announced in 2019 and aims to promote a high standard of medical education, training, and research.

The foundation of AIIMS Rajkot was laid with the objective to enhance the facilities of medical education in the western part of India.
