  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
