Bacon and Roasted Garlic Spinach Dip[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Bacon and Roasted Garlic Spinach Dip. It's perfect for those on a low-carb diet and is sure to be a hit at any gathering.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven until garlic is soft and browned, about 30 minutes. Cool and squeeze cloves from skins.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove bacon slices, crumble, and drain on paper towels. Reserve a small amount of bacon for garnish.
  3. Cook and stir onions in the same skillet until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper into onions until cheese is melted and dip is well mixed, 5 to 10 minutes more. Stir in bacon and roasted garlic.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dippers.
