Bacon Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. It is packed with protein and healthy fats, making it a perfect meal for those following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and bacon mixture. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
