Butter Paneer Chicken Curry[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Butter Paneer Chicken Curry. It is a perfect blend of spices, chicken, and paneer, cooked in a rich and creamy butter sauce.

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to the pan. Mix well.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Add the tomato puree to the pan and mix well. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add the remaining butter to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
