The Centro de Apoio Social de Runa is a residence for retired Portuguese military personnel located in Runa, Portugal. It was originally built in 1827 as a military hospital by Princess Maria Francisca Benedita. The hospital also included an apartment for the princess. Initially known as "Hospital Real de Inválidos Militares de Runa," it was later renamed "Asilo de Inválidos Militares de Runa" in 1934. In 1965, the institution became a veteran's residence and was renamed "Lar de Veteranos Militares." Finally, in 1995, it assumed its present name, "Centro de Apoio Social de Runa".

The former apartment of the princess now serves as a museum, showcasing paintings, ecclesiastical items, and personal effects. The museum is not open to the public regularly but can be visited by special arrangement.
