A keto friendly recipe that is sure to satisfy your cravings. This Cheese Stuffed Bacon Cheeseburger is a delicious and filling meal that is low in carbs and high in protein.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
- Tomato slices for serving
- Onion slices for serving
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the beef into four equal parts and shape each into a patty.
- Place a slice of cheese in the center of each patty and fold the beef around the cheese to seal it in.
- Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Grill the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the burgers on lettuce leaves with tomato and onion slices.
