Clostebol propionate
Clostebol propionate is a synthetic androgen and anabolic steroid and a derivative of testosterone in the family of 17β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase inhibitors. It is used in the treatment of hypogonadism and delayed puberty in males and breast cancer in females.

Clostebol propionate is a prodrug of clostebol. It is administered via intramuscular injection.

Clostebol propionate, also known as 4-chlorotestosterone 17β-propionate, is a synthetic androstane steroid and a derivative of testosterone. It is more specifically a derivative of nandrolone (19-nortestosterone) and is a member of the estrane (C18 steroid) family.

Clostebol propionate was first described in 1962 and was introduced for medical use later that year.
Society and culture[edit | edit source]
Clostebol propionate has been used in sport to enhance performance, although it is currently banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
