Colpo is a commune in the Morbihan department of Brittany in north-western France. The inhabitants of Colpo are known as Colpéens.

Colpo was founded in the 19th century by Napoleon III's cousin, Princess Baciocchi, who established the village to house workers for her estate. The village was named after the Italian town of Colpo in the province of Ancona, where the princess had family ties.
