Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Soup[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and hearty keto friendly soup that is perfect for a cold day or when you are in need of some comfort food. The combination of spicy jalapeno, smoky bacon, and creamy cheddar cheese makes this soup a flavorful and satisfying meal.

  1. Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion, jalapeno peppers, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheddar cheese until it is completely melted.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
