This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Keto Bacon and Broccoli Tart. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour and butter to form the tart base. Press this mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
- Bake the tart base in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until it is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the tart base.
- Bake the tart in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow the tart to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
