Al Makassed Hospital (Arabic: مستشفى المقاصد ) is a Palestinian Arab hospital located in At-Tur, Mount of Olives, East Jerusalem, Palestine. It is a non-profit teaching hospital affiliated with Al-Quds University. The hospital was founded in 1968 and has 250 beds. It provides emergency care and serves as a tertiary referral hospital for the Arab population of the Palestinian territories, including the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It also offers healthcare services to the Israeli population when they face obstacles using other facilities.

Al Makassed Hospital is part of the East Jerusalem Hospitals Network, which includes Augusta Victoria Hospital, Red Crescent Maternity Hospital, Saint John Eye Hospital, Princess Basma Rehabilitation Center, and St. Joseph's Hospital.
