- Nyssa is a city located in Malheur County, Oregon, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 3,267. It lies along the Snake River on the Idaho border.

- Nyssa was incorporated as a city in 1903. It was named after Nyssa, a genus of trees and shrubs that includes the tupelo.

- Nyssa is located at 43°52′35″N 116°59′31″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.05 square miles (2.72 km2), all of it land.
