Spiced Bacon Deviled Eggs[edit | edit source]

A delicious and keto-friendly recipe, Spiced Bacon Deviled Eggs are a perfect appetizer or snack. They are high in protein and healthy fats, making them a great choice for those following a keto diet.

  1. Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 12 minutes. Then, drain and cool in ice water.
  2. While the eggs are cooling, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and then crumble.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon.
  6. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh parsley.
