To use the MediaWiki Cargo drill-down feature on the "world_directory" table on WikiMD, follow these instructions:

Doctor finder - drill down[edit source]

Navigate to the Drilldown Page by going to Special:Drilldown/world_directory.
On the drilldown page, you'll see various filters corresponding to the fields in the "world_directory" table, such as 'country', 'state', 'city', 'amenity', 'specialties', and others.
Choose the filters according to your search criteria. For example, if you are looking for doctors in a specific country or with a particular specialty, select those options.
After applying the filters, the page will display a list of matching entries from the "world_directory" table. Click on individual entries for more details.
If needed, continue to apply more specific filters to further narrow down your search.

This interactive feature allows you to explore the database by selecting specific criteria and refining your search step by step.
