Warner LeRoy (1935–2001) was an American restaurateur and theatre impresario, best known for his work in the New York City dining scene. He was the son of the famous Hollywood director Mervyn LeRoy and the grandson of Harry Warner, one of the founders of Warner Bros. Studios.

LeRoy was born in New York City in 1935. He attended Stanford University, where he studied drama and literature. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to work in the film industry, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

LeRoy took over the Tavern on the Green in 1974, transforming it into one of the most successful restaurants in the United States. He was known for his extravagant style, which was reflected in the restaurant's opulent decor and lavish menu.

In 1995, LeRoy purchased The Russian Tea Room, another iconic New York City restaurant. He spent four years and $36 million renovating the restaurant, which reopened in 1999 to critical acclaim.
