Weinbergen is a municipality in the district of Weimarer Land, in Thuringia, Germany. It is situated in the central part of the country, approximately 20 kilometers east of Erfurt and 10 kilometers southwest of Weimar. The municipality is part of the administrative community of Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Sulza.
