Androstenediol 3β-acetate is a synthetic, injectable anabolic steroid and a derivative of androstenediol. It is a prodrug of androstenediol and is believed to act as a quick-release form of this hormone. Androstenediol 3β-acetate is not marketed for medical use.

Following intramuscular injection, androstenediol 3β-acetate is hydrolyzed into androstenediol by esterases in the body.

Androstenediol 3β-acetate was first described in the scientific literature in 1960. It is not known to have been marketed for medical use.
