Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF Iași) is a public university located in Iași, Romania. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in Romania, named after the renowned Romanian anatomist and physiologist Grigore T. Popa.

The university was established in 1879 as the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Iași. It became an independent institution in 1948, following the reorganization of higher education in Romania.
