Keto Avocado Brownies are a delectable treat that not only satiates sweet cravings but also offers the nutritional benefits of avocados. These brownies are fudgy and rich, yet low in carbs, making them perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (keto-friendly)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the keto-friendly chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish before cutting into squares and serving.
