Lysol
Lysol is a brand of cleaning and disinfecting products distributed by the Reckitt Benckiser company. The name "Lysol" is derived from the words "lysosome" and "solvent".

Lysol was first introduced in 1889 to help end a cholera epidemic in Germany. The brand was later acquired by Reckitt Benckiser in 1995.

Lysol offers a wide range of cleaning and disinfecting products, including sprays, wipes, and toilet bowl cleaners. The active ingredients in Lysol products include ethanol, benzalkonium chloride, and hydrogen peroxide.
