Nebcin

Nebcin is a brand name for the antibiotic drug Tobramycin, which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. This medication belongs to the class of drugs known as aminoglycoside antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

Usage

Nebcin is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This medication is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. It is not effective against viral infections (such as the common cold, flu). Using any antibiotic when it is not needed can cause it to not work for future infections.

Side Effects

This medication may cause live bacterial vaccines (such as typhoid vaccine) to not work as well.
