WikEM is a global, open access, free-to-use website and app that provides emergency medicine content. It is a project of the OpenEM Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to support global health education. WikEM is designed for clinicians, by clinicians, and is a useful resource for medical students, paramedics, nurses, and doctors. It is available in multiple languages and is used by healthcare professionals around the world.

WikEM started as a small project at the Harbor-UCLA emergency medicine residency in 2009. It was initially a quick reference guide for the residents and faculty. The project quickly grew and became a comprehensive resource for emergency medicine. In 2013, the OpenEM Foundation was established to support the project.
