Summary[edit]

Summary
Description Hutspot, a traditional meal in the Netherlands, is a mash of potatoes, onion, and carrot, which have first been boiled together. Here it is served with ribkarbonade, a pork rib chop which has been fried in butter, pepper and salt. The resultant gravy is also served. I'll try again next time to photograph this dish in a more appealing way but it's not easy....
