| Description | Very high magnification micrograph of cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL). Notch 3 immunohistochemical staining.
In CADASIL, the small vessels show a characteristic punctate staining of smooth muscle and pericytes with Notch 3.[1] References
