Description	Radiographic images of the ankle of a 42 year old soccer player with weight-bearing pain for 9 months, showing osteochondritis dissecans of parts of the superio-medial talus. There is necrosis of subchondral bone, formation of loose fragments, as well as gas formation in the joint space. The projections are: Transverse plane by CT scan Coronal plane CT Sagittal plane CT Anteroposterior Projectional radiography
