| Description | Chin som mok (Thai script: จิ๊นส้มหมก) is a speciality of northern Thailand. It is pork (both pork skin and pork meat) that is fermented together with cooked sticky rice, and then grilled inside a banana leaf. It is the northern Thai version of naem sausage. |
