| Description | Vasospasms in the nipples can cause pain and difficulty breastfeeding. This can be caused by Reynaud's and can also be exacerbated by certain drugs icluding the commonly prescribed blood pressure medication labetalol. Cold air can cause the nipple to spasm, restricting the flow of milk. It also causes pain. |
