| Description | סופגניות 1. מערבבים את כל החומרים במיקסר מלבד השמרים והחלב. מוסיפים את החלב, כמעט את כל הכמות, וממשיכים לערבל במהירות איטית.
ברגע שנוצר בצק, מגבירים את מהירות הלישה. מוסיפים שמרים ולשים כ- 5 דקות. 2. מכסים ונותנים לתפוח. 3. לאחר התפיחה, מוציאים את הבצק מהסיר ומכדררים לעיגולים מביאים לתפיחה נוספת, ומטגנים בשמן עמוק כ- 7 דקות. לפני הגשה, מפדרים באבקת סוכר ומזריקים ריבה או קרם גאנש שוקולד |
