Braised Pork Belly Noodles is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is low in carbs and high in fat, making it a great choice for those trying to maintain a state of ketosis.

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Add the ginger, chili flakes, and soy sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Return the pork belly to the pan and add the bone broth. Bring to a simmer and cover. Cook for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
  5. While the pork is cooking, prepare the zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer to turn the zucchini into noodles.
  6. Once the pork is done, add the zucchini noodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
