ISIS 3521
A substance that is being studied in the treatment of cancer. It is a 20-mer antisense phosphorothioate oligonucleotide PKCa expression inhibitor.
It is under development by ISIS pharmaceuticals, which is now called IONIS pharmaceuticals, in collaboration with Novartis for the potential treatment of solid tumors that are refractory to, or recurrent with, standard treatment regimens
