Almond Crusted Keto Quiche is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, and half the salt. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, or until it is lightly browned. Remove it from the oven and set it aside.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, the remaining salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and sliced mushrooms.
  6. Pour this mixture over the pre-baked crust.
  7. Bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
