Bacon Cheeseburger Soup[edit | edit source]

A delicious, hearty, and keto-friendly recipe, the Bacon Cheeseburger Soup is a perfect meal for those following a keto diet. This soup is packed with all the flavors of a traditional cheeseburger but in a comforting soup.

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the pot.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the cooked bacon, ground beef, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and dill pickles. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Bacon Cheeseburger Soup!
