- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
- Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up each chicken breast and wrap each one with two slices of bacon.
- Secure the bacon and the chicken roll with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
