Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce, sugar-free
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and top each one with a spoonful of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
