  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and top each one with a spoonful of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
