Cheddar and Green Onion Keto Biscuits are a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional biscuits. They are perfect for those following a keto diet and are easy to make.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
