Cheddar and Green Onion Keto Biscuits are a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional biscuits. They are perfect for those following a keto diet and are easy to make.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
