Chorizo Cheddar Cheese Meatballs is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. It is a perfect blend of spicy chorizo, creamy cheddar cheese, and juicy meatballs. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.

- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1/2 lb of ground chorizo
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground chorizo, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
