Coconut Cream Yogurt is a delicious and nutritious keto-friendly recipe that is easy to prepare and perfect for those on a ketogenic diet. It is rich in healthy fats and probiotics, making it an excellent choice for gut health.

  1. Warm the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a temperature of about 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm coconut milk and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Once the coconut milk is cool, stir in the honey and vanilla extract, if using.
  5. Open the probiotic capsules and sprinkle the contents over the coconut milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar and cover it with a cloth. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, until it thickens to a yogurt-like consistency.
  7. Once the yogurt has thickened, refrigerate it for at least 6 hours before serving.
