Creamy Beef Casserole[edit | edit source]

A delicious and hearty keto friendly dish, the Creamy Beef Casserole is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef chunks and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the beef broth to the pan and scrape the bottom to deglaze.
  5. Return the beef to the pan, add the heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Add the broccoli and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
