This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Dairy Free Keto Chocolate Silk Pie. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is also dairy-free.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut cream, melted unsweetened chocolate, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Beat these ingredients together until they're smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust, then refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until it's set.
- Slice the pie and serve it chilled.
