This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Dairy Free Keto Chocolate Silk Pie. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is also dairy-free.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the coconut cream, melted unsweetened chocolate, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Beat these ingredients together until they're smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust, then refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until it's set.
  6. Slice the pie and serve it chilled.
