- Dewey is a city located in Washington County, Oklahoma, United States. Named after Admiral George Dewey, it was incorporated in 1905 and has a population of approximately 3,400 residents. The city is part of the Bartlesville, OK Micropolitan Statistical Area.

- Dewey is located at 36°47′52″N 95°56′14″W. The city has a total area of 2.0 square miles, all land.

- Dewey was founded by Jacob A. Bartles in 1899. It was named after Admiral George Dewey. In 1905, the town was incorporated as a city.
