Ham and Cheese Keto Stromboli is a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor, making it a great option for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup of Almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup of Ham, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Layer the ham and cheddar cheese on top of the dough.
- Roll the dough up tightly, starting from one of the shorter ends.
- Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
