Ham and Cheese Keto Stromboli is a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor, making it a great option for a quick lunch or dinner.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper into a rectangle.
  5. Layer the ham and cheddar cheese on top of the dough.
  6. Roll the dough up tightly, starting from one of the shorter ends.
  7. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
