Instant Pot Deviled Egg Salad[edit | edit source]

A delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe, the Instant Pot Deviled Egg Salad is a perfect dish for those on a low-carb diet.

  1. Place the eggs in the Instant Pot and add enough water to cover the eggs.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
  4. Remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and place them in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  6. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  7. Chop the egg whites and add them to the yolk mixture. Stir until well combined.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
