Instant Pot No Noodle Keto Lasagna[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
- While the beef is cooking, in a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and spices.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the Instant Pot and set aside. Leave about 1 tbsp of the fat in the pot.
- Layer half of the spinach on the bottom of the pot, followed by half of the beef, half of the cheese mixture, and half of the marinara sauce. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Once the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
