The Institute of Child Health is a hospital located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It is a specialist hospital offering post-graduate training in pediatrics under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Established in 1957, it holds the distinction of being the first pediatric institute in India.

The Institute of Child Health was founded by Dr K.C. Chaudhuri, a prominent figure in Indian pediatrics, in Kolkata in 1956. It was inaugurated by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India, on 16 January 1957.
